  5.       To Install SIO, change to the disk and directory containing the
  6.       SIO distribution files and type INSTALL, followed by return.

  8.       This release of SIO (V1.30) introduces support for some
  9.       intelligent cards.  In addition many corrections and additions
  10.       have been made to the basic code.  See HISTORY.TXT in the
  11.       distribution zip for some details.

  13.       REREG can now extract registration information from the loaded
  14.       (by CONFIG.SYS) SIO.

  16.       The SIO distribution zip now contains an install program
  17.       (INSTALL.EXE).  To use the install program, simply unzip SIO into
  18.       an empty temporary directory and execute INSTALL (OS/2 only
  19.       program).

  21.       The install program also invokes REREG in an attempt to apply
  22.       registration information.  However, the automatic REREG attempt
  23.       (by install) will fail on most systems and the user will have to
  24.       manually execute REREG (see UPGRADE.TXT).  From this version
  25.       forward, the install program will not only automatically install
  26.       SIO, but the REREG will also be automatic.
